In Berlin, epicenter of the German startup and fintech scene, the new DKB Campus is being built, based the workplace strategy and workplace design by Graft Brandlab. This highly flexible and innovative interior design embodies DKB's profile as a "tech company with banking license".

UNLEASHING HUMAN POTENTIAL

Building on DKB's brand essence and an extensive analysis of future-forward work environments, this concept envisions the new headquarters as an adaptive urban hub.  Designed to strengthen employee identification, culture and commitment, the DKB Campus fosters a new sense of community reaching beyond the physical built space.

 

OPEN AND NETWORKED PLATFORM

Especially in light of the pandemic experience, the design, mission and role of the DKB Campus was reframed. The seamless collaboration between employees present and remote is paramount, facilitated by fusing the digital and the physical spaces. As a result, flexible and location-independent working will be the new paradigm in the DKB Campus.
